How does the water tank work?

When the water that was in the tank has run out, Vacuum the stopper and put it back so that no more water can come out. While the tank is filling with other water, the float goes up. When going up, makes the plug go down. When the tank is full again, the float is at the top and the cap closes the pipe again. No more water can enter the tank.
